Your Towne Builders is committed to providing our customers with superior products and services and therefore are pleased to recognize and compensate local real estate agents who our customers have chosen to represent them during the new home construction process. To eliminate any confusion that may arise Your Towne Builders has designated four situations in which real estate agents may earn a commission by selling one of Your Towne's new homes:

1) Buyers must indicate and register their real estate agent when visiting one of Your Towne Builders' model homes. Buyers can do this by filling out the simple guest registration card provided during all open houses.

2) Buyers must indicate their real estate agent when calling Your Towne Builders or a YTB sales associates for information about a particular property or community.

3) Realtors are welcome to accompany their buyers on a visit to one of Your Towne Builders' model homes and register the Buyer and themselves as their Realtor.

4) Realtors are welcome and encouraged to contact Your Towne Builders or a YTB sales associates on behalf of their buyers and indicate that their buyer will be visiting a Your Towne Builders' model home or community. Realtors may also request information on behalf of their buyer and indicate themselves as the buyers agent when requesting information.

Home prices do not vary whether or not a real estate agent is involved in the transaction. The importance and contribution of real estate agents in the marketing process is valued by Your Towne Builders. Productive and professional working relationships are welcomed and encouraged.
